• Dress well(Lowe’s vest) &Speak well

• Above and beyond- credit cards or other important drivers to the managers

• PK Spotlight meeting(Every Tuesday at 2pm local time)

• Build up the employees to the cxs

• Be the Best employee in the store-

• Talk to everyone

Don’ts 

• use break room

• Bribe or incentivize employees

• Distract other employees

• Hard selling

• Smoking/vaping

• Theft
